First Course: Fresh berry salad on a bed of arugula drizzled with a lemon dijon dressing
- Dark Ale Braised Beef Short Ribs served with wild mushroom gnocchi and roasted Brussels sprouts
- Pancetta wrapped halibut topped with a sun-dried tomato beurre blanc sauce served with a Caramelized onion risotto and grilled Asparagus
- Deconstructed spinach and mushroom ravioli with fresh ricotta (vegetarian)
Dessert: Chocolate Raspberry Tartufo, Tea & Coffee
